I’m rewatching Castle and I’m watching 1x02 Nanny McDead. Right at the end when Castle’s in his office but before Alexis walks in is the music (sounds like piano but I suck at guessing instruments so I’m probably wrong) the same music as with the kiss in Always? It’s like 3 notes but it sounds so much like in Always.
It’s the last theme form 3x24 epi. It’s then used in Always, but only few sounds and it’s played higher. I think is’s pretty amazing that this sounds was used in 1x02 epi when Castle was writting about “Nikki Heat had been in love (…) her heat had once been broken” etc. etc.
